Our out and backs are at 18:30 on a Tuesday evening and we vary the location periodically.

COUCH TO 5K

NO COURSES RUNNING AT PRESENT HOWEVER MOVE MORE JERSEY REGULARLY PUT ON SESSIONS

Our courses are a 9 week course with two supported runs per week and a third run to be undertaken by yourself. You’ll be working towards doing parkrun at Les Quennevais at the end of the 9th week. Each session lasts for around 30/45 minutes and your Leader in Running Fitness will check in with you at the end of each week to hold you accountable for your solo runs. You will also have access to our accountability group on Facebook to help support you on your running journey.
